So I am sitting here, exhausted, watching Celebrity Apprentice trying to figure out what I like today. In walks Bret Michaels. I was never a fan of his music back in the day, can't stand Rock of Love (although I loved the SNL skit) and honestly, find him physically repulsive (not my type at all) but I have to say, I totally respect him in this show and really like this side of Bret. He is a hard worker, a team player, an out-loud thinker, and just seems to be humble, much more genuine than I would have anticipated. I like that thy are portraying him as a real guy, focused on his cause and facing real and very serious life issues in the show (his own history with diabetes and concern for his child). He is dynamic and very likeable. Maybe some of you have felt this about Bret since high school, maybe its just that Hollywood spin...I don't know, but I have a new found respect for him.
